If you’ve ever suffered from ‘vertigo’ you would probably know it to be quite an
unpleasant feeling - especially with your head spinning and feeling helpless to
control your situation.
Our world is in state of ‘global vertigo’. The severe flooding in Pakistan and
lack of help for its people, the continuing war in Afghanistan, not to mention the
saddening trends we see in our own communities does not give us a lot of hope.
It’s likely the bad news that is broadcast by our world’s media doesn’t help
either.
A verse in the Bible tells us that, "Blessed are the feet of those who brings good
news, and I for one want to be blessed as one who bears that good news.
In receiving our updates about the medical programs of Marine Reach in Fiji, Samoa,
and with the YWAM Ship Tour of Australia, you might agree that the last five months
of ministry have been a remarkable journey of faith and reward.

Over 55,000 people have been reached and touched by Marine Reach to date and there
are still a little over 4 months left in the year. We knew that 2010 was going to
be a challenging year but the rewards so far have been jaw dropping!
This month the M/V Pacific Link begins its tour of duty in Papua New Guinea,
visiting the most remote areas in the region with free medical care. At times our
teams will be travelling into crocodile and snake infested areas, and the funny
thing is we are excited! If you feel that this might be your 'cup of tea' then why
don’t you get your feet wet and join us in serving the least, the last and the
lost.
We could not have achieved these monumental tasks without your faithful support,
prayer and help. The world might be in disrepair but we cannot let it dictate how
we are to act … except to act with mercy, compassion and justice.
Hope begins in us; a decision we have to make each and every day of our lives.
Hope is not a feeling it is simply a choice.
God’s blessings to you today! May be it filled with hope and a brighter future .
